Staff of Jopat Academy:
Not only does the Jopat Academy meet the preschool requirements of the Ghanaian Education System, but additionally it includes exceptional classes in mathematics, creative art, primary science, music, dance and drama. From 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, every school day is filled with activity and creativity.
Meet the people who make this happen every day:
Josephine Agbenozan – Proprietress
As a passionate teacher and local of Ablekuman Fanmilk, Josephine Agbenozan saw the need for a grassroots project to support the children of her community. She knew that they needed a safe, secure environment where they could be educated and supported. This would allow them to grow up in time to become fulfilled and honourable citizens. Since she founded The Jopat Academy of Success in 2007, she has been working hard to provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment for all students of the Jopat Academy.
Headteacher Lydia Adugyemfi
Lydia Adugymfi is the first teacher employed in 2007 when the school was opened. She runs they day to day activities of the school, she handles the admission for new kids, collects school fees and is responsible for other administrative duties.

We are very happy to introduce our caring and inspiring teachers, for whom working for the Jopat Academy is more than just a job. They are passionate about the children’s well being and provide the opportunity for them to develop their futures. It is a chance for them to share their passion for life while they inspire and engage the children in their learning.
” Grandma” – Cook
Grandma says: “I am happy!! And I will support the school and the children with the little strength that God has given me because the school has given my grandsons scholarships for free! No school fees, so I thank you.”
